Purpose of Appeal
We have had a school-age program for 12 years. We sold a building and need to move to out current classroom. The fire inspector said we needed to put fire sprinklers in before we used the space. We were wanting to know if we could be grandfathered in or receive a variance. We are in a brick building with 2 exits. Thank you.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Mary-Megan Ehrmantraut for Lexington Kids Child Care to a Correction Notice - Child Care Center Inspection at 701 LEXINGTON PARKWAY NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is denial of the appeal and grant an extension to September 5, 2014 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
