WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Ahti Hajunen to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 971 CASE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until August 22 for Items 16, 23, 28, 29, 33 and 34. The remaining items are granted until September 26, 2014 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
