Amending Council File RLH FCO 14-31, adopted April 2, 2014, to grant Phoua Thao an additional extension for property at 1049 ARCADE STREET.

WHEREAS, on April 2, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 14-31, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Correction Notice-Complaint Re-Inspection for property at 1049 Arcade Street; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension until July 1, 2014 for compliance of the downspouts issue; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance with the correction order to finish the repairs by her contractor; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to September 30, 2014.
