WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Phoua Thao to a Correction Notice - Re-Inspection Complaint at 1049 ARCADE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant until May 1, 2014 to have a plan and permit submitted by an engineer. If the condition is met, will grant additional two months to July 1, 2014 for the downspouts issue to come into compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
