Comments:  An Order to Provide Garbage Hauling Service was never issued to the property owner, however, a letter was sent to PO and to Parks on February 26, 2014 regarding weekly garbage service. The letter was sent in error and the city should not have dropped a container or provided service at this property.  Steve Magner, Manager of Code Enforcement, recommends deleting the assessment.
