Authorizing the Police Department to enter into an agreement with the Independent School District #625 for the Police Patrol Program.

RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into the attached agreement with Independent School District #625 to provide the School Police Patrol Program to schools in the City of Saint Paul during the period of 2013-2014 school year. Cost of services for the program shall not exceed $49,768. A copy of said agreement is to be kept on file and on record in the Office of Financial Services.
