Purpose of Appeal
I am appealing the Correction Notice - Day Care Inspection (attached). Appealing the Three Bedroom Egress Windows. Only one bedroom will be used for toys, books etc and dresser for childrens extra clothes, mittens, hats, gloves, etc. Children will sleep on cots in the living room and will be the play area too. Children will not be sleeping in our bedrooms.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Alexandra Golovko to a Correction Notice - Day Care Inspection at 1370 ARLINGTON AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 6-inches variance on the egress opening height for the basement bedroom windows; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
