Purpose of Appeal
I was not living at this property at the time of these complaints. I became aware on the 22nd of November when checking the house after no word from my brother who was staying there. If this order is removed any and all issues will be immediately remediated.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Ronald Forster to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 353 WHEELOCK PARKWAY WEST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for four months; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
