Ratifying the assessments for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees billed March 21 to May 23, 2013. (File No. CRT1401, Assessment No. 148200)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 13-1219 accepted the Report of Completion for Certificate of Occupancy Fees billed during the time period of March 21 to May 23, 2013 and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on January 2, 2014 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 13-544: 2282 Como Avenue;
RLH TA 13-580: 1245 Cooke Avenue East;
RLH TA 13-546: 1240 Dale Street North;
RLH TA 13-578: 651 Ivy Avenue East;
RLH TA 13-577: 1887 Lacrosse Avenue;
RLH TA 13-575: 147 Morton Street West;
RLH TA 13-545: 440 Prior Avenue North;
RLH TA 13-573: 187 Robie Street West;
RLH TA 13-581: 113 Saratoga Street North;
RLH TA 13-571: 968 Sherburne Avenue;
RLH TA 13-591: 2000 St. Clair Avenue;
RLH TA 13-574: 1130 St. Paul Avenue;
RLH TA 13-547: 1171 Thomas Avenue;
RLH TA 13-603: 1087 Western Avenue North; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
