Purpose of Appeal
Bank of America is currently in the process of rehabilitating the subject property, pursuant to a Code Compliance Inspection Report issued by the City of St. Paul. The Bank has already posted a $5,000.00 bond, as well as incurring all expenses for the rehabilitation. We request this fee be waived due to the fact that the Bank is currently doing everything in its power to bring the property up to Code.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Michael Schleisman for Bank of America to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 219 WHITE BEAR AVENUE NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
