WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Gerald Manthei to a Code Compliance Report at 259 ENGLISH STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council 1) deny the appeal to be considered a category 1 vacant building; 2) deny the appeal on waiving the double fees for work which was done without permit; and 3) waive the vacant building fee for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
