Purpose of Appeal
Review of an unrecorded property driveway easement excess behind building 355 Maria for 359 Maria. My family has owned 355 Maria for 35 years. Traffic through this narrow driveway would have a detrimental effect for 355 Maria and 667 East Fifth Street which share the front driveway.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Mark Albrecht to a Correction Notice - Complaint Inspection at 355 MARIA AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
