WHEREAS, in the matter of Donna Sue and Steve Flanders to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 707 EDMUND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant 30 days for owner to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy re-instated to waive the requirement the house go through a code compliance certification process and also recommends the property be released from the Fire Certificate of Occupancy Program on the condition that a homestead is filed for both houses on this property; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
