Trash company Logan - 612-685-3106 - I have two abatements, I have left one at home, it is for 8/27 and Mai said she would contact Cynthia by e-mail as she has not returned my call from 8/21/13 about 9 p.m., left message when I returned from out of town.

I spoke with Inspector Skally who stated that the only remaining issue is that of the toilet, sewing machine and miscellaneous refuse around the backyard, but the issue of the trash service has already been resolved. KF

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Channa R. Pittman to a Summary Abatement Order at 817 MARSHALL AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until October 1, 2013 to address the issues in the Summary Abatement Orders; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
