Purpose of Appeal
Appealing #10: the door in question was altered during remodeling in 2000. At that time, the city approved the change. Since 2000, there has never been a question raised about the door or the number of exits. We would be willing to install/adjust signage directing people to existing exits.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Tim Wolfgram, Minnesota Wild Offices, to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Correction Notice at 317 WASHINGTON STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal on condition that one of the exit signs be removed to clarify exiting route per the attached photos; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
