Ratifying the assessments for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees billed January 8 to February 19, 2013. (File No. CRT1309, Assessment No. 138210)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 13-732 accepted the Report of Completion for Certificate of Occupancy Fees billed during the time period of January 8 to February 19, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 7, 2031 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 13-393: 1555 Burns Avenue;
RLH TA 13-398: 1437 Farrington Street;
RLH TA 13-397: 1294 Grand Avenue;
RLH TA 13-390: 860 Lawson Avenue East;
RLH TA 13-407: 801 Pierce Butler Route/791 Avon Street North;
RLH TA 13-391: 965 Selby Avenue;
RLH TA 13-396: 1060 Virginia Street;
RLH TA 13-438: 1610 White Bear Avenue North; And, Be It
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessment be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
