It's not reasonable to Revoke C of O for additional boiler items when it is off and safety test was completed. The boiler is off for the season; C of O should have been reinstated.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Peggy Chun to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Condemnation and Revocation at 1660 CUMBERLAND STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is to 1) deny the appeal on the condemnations, revocation and order to vacate; and 2) grant until July 19, 2013 for compliance or vacation of the building if there is compliance with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors by the close of business June 24, 2013; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
