Title

Ratifying the assessments for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees Services billed from July 31 to August 28, 2012.  (File No. CRT1304, Assessment No. 138203)

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-2187 accepted the Report of Completion for Certificate Occupancy Fees billed during the time period of July 31 to August 28, 2012; and

WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on March 6, 2013 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided with the folllowing exceptions which will be considered separately:

RLH TA 13-77 - 1318 Bush Avenue;

RLH TA 13-85 - 590 Desnoyer Avenue;

RLH TA 13-61 - 1731 Idaho Avenue East;

RLH TA 13-66 - 359 Maria Avenue; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City Charter, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified; And, Be It

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
