WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Matt Connelly to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1966 BENSON AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a storage height variance of 2 feet, allowing that the paper rolls may be stored to a height of 14 feet, with a deadline for compliance of March 1, 2013; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter grants the appeal.
