WHEREAS on March 7, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 11-154, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Cleanup Services from November 1 to 29, 2011. (File No. J1205A, Assessment No. 128504); and
WHEREAS, the property at 540-542 Ivy Avenue East, being described as: Auditor's Subdivision No. 70 St. Paul, Minn. Subj to Ave and Ex E 63 3/10 Ft the N 185 Ft of Lot 14 Blk 2, with the property identifification number 20-29-22-34-0053 was assessed an amount of $613.00; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the previous owner was notified during current's ownership; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $613.00, plus any accrued interests, be funded. Council File No. RLH AR 11-154 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
