Ratifying the assessments for Property Cleanup Services from November 1 to 29, 2011. (File No. J1205A, Assessment No. 128504)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 11-2507 accepted the Report of Completion for Property Clean Up on Private Properties during the time period of November 01 to November 29, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on March 7, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with said services, having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found said assessment satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that said assessmenta be and the same are hereby in all respects ratified pursuant to Saint Paul City Charter Chapter 14 and Saint Paul Administrative Code Chapter 60: Property Service Cost Assessments with the following amendments which will be considered separately:
RLH TA 12-42 - 1003 Arcade Street;
RLH TA 12-75 - 588 Cook Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-113 - 1230 Edgerton Street
RLH TA 12-38 - 758 Jenks Avenue;
RLH TA 12-39 - 561 Maryland Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-48 - 616 Maryland Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-73 - 1300 Mississipppi Street/0 Hyacinth Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-59 - 614 Rose Avenue;
RLH TA 12-45 - 1734 Sims Avenue;
RLH TA 12-12 - 885 Sixth Street East;
RLH TA 12-37 - 1044 Sixth Street East;
RLH TA 12-33 - 978 Woodbridge Street; And, Be It
FURTHER RESOLVED, that said assessments are hereby determined to be payable in one installment unless specified in the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
