(I.D. #20000004587), doing business as The Nook, 492 Hamline Avenue South.

WHEREAS, the Deputy Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the application for The Nook for a Gambling Location license to be added to the following existing licenses: Wine On Sale, Malt On Sale (Strong), Liquor On Sale - 2AM Closing, Malt Off Sale, Restaurant (4) - 51-150 seats, Restaurant (D) - Add-on (Bar Only), Bowling Center license, be approved with no additional conditions.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby approves this license application with no additional conditions to the licenses.
