WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Heidi Fox to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 157 ATWATER STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal to be out of the vacant building category 2 status but will waive the vacant building fee for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
