WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Brian D. Alton, on behalf of John A. Lampland, to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate at 737 RIDGE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant until December 1, 2012 for the siding/trim/threshold/gutters and paint to come into compliance, and January 1, 2013 for the remaining items; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
