Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department in the amount of $15,209.45 in the Fire Responsive Services Fund due to additional expenditures for the EMS Academy.
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Fire Department has incurred additional expenses for the EMS Academy, and
WHEREAS, in order to fund these additional costs, the Fire Department has identified the use of fund balance of $14,409.45 and additional revenue received of $800.00, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $15,209.45 in excess of those estimate in the 2012 budget and recommends the following change be made to the 2012 budget:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the changes to the 2012 budget.
