Applicant called several times last week to see if we had received his appeal. Last Friday, staff told appellant to send in another appeal along with another check. Today, both appeals arrived in the mail. Staff mailed back one to the appellant. Unknown reason for the delay.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Cyrus S. Irani to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1842 ASHLAND AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until June 30, 2013 to repair, paint or demolish the garage; and deny the appeal on the window sash in Unit 2; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
