WHEREAS, on October 13, 2012, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #RLH FCO 12-557, said Resolution being the memorialization of an appeal to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice for property at 1842 Ashland Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing recommended that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension until June 30, 2013 to repair, paint or demolish the garage; and
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council considered the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter; and
WHEREAS, the Appellant is requesting additional extension for the compliance with the garage; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends granting additional extension; Now Therefore, Be It,
RESOLVED, that an extension is hereby granted to July 1, 2014 for the removal or repair of the garage on the conditions that the garage door is permanently secured and unopenable and that condemnation placards be placed on the other 3 sides of the garage.
