Ratifying the assessments for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy Fees Services in April 2012. (File No. CRT1209, Assessment No. 128211)
Body
WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 12-972 accepted the Report of Completion for Collection of Certificate of Occupancy fees from the month of April 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on August 15, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are herby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considedered separately:
RLH TA 12-367 - 308 Clarence Street;
RLH TA 12-350 - 772 Maryland Avenue East;
RLH TA 12-355 - 415 Summit Avenue;
RLH TA 12-349 - 99 Western Avenue South; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommended amendments.
