WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Bryan Desma to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 396 GOODRICH AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant a 1-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in the northwest and southwest bedrooms; and deny the appeal on the foundation walls, shed and grading and grant an extension to September 4, 2012 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
