Purpose of Appeal
I need extension of time to get the work done because I did apply for a loan and the money is not received yet. I also filed for eviction on the tenants to move them out. Court date is on 24 of May. The building will be vacant very soon to allow the work done quickly.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of David Bassekle to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 885 CLARK STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and waive the vacant building fee for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
