Revising the financing and spending plans for the FY2012 Community Development Block Grant Program.

WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul did approve on April 4, 2012 by Resolution 12-597, the City of Saint Paul 2012 HUD Consolidated Plan, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME, and ESG Programs and authorize Mayor Chris Coleman, as Chief Executive Officer of the City of Saint Paul, to submit the 2012 Consolidated Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in such form as prescribed by the regulations of said Department, and
WHEREAS, the city's FY 2012 CDBG Program is $7.1 million, and the budget as approved by HUD requires amendments to the city's capital and non- capital activities, now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Mayor, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby revise the Financing and Spending Plans of the FY 2012 CDBG Program as identified in Attachments A and B
CIB Recommendation
The St. Paul Long-Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee received this request on June 11, 2012 and recommended approval.
