AMENDED 6/6/12
 
WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Nate Labatt to a Notice of Condemnation as Unfit for Human Habitation and Order to Vacate plus New Owner Vacant Building Registration Notice at 671 SIMS AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
 
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to June 22 August 1, 2012 for compliance or vacate the property by July 1 August 15, 2012 on the condition that critical life safety issues are addressed immediately and approved by the fire inspector; Now, Therefore, Be It
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
