Purpose of Appeal
My attorney is Diane Longrie. I cancelled this inspection by cert. letter, by e-mail, also my attorney called Mr. Thomas & cancelled him. I had a T-in H inspection instead. Mr. Thomas still showed up and threatened me. I wanted to put this house on the mkt. to sell. I don't need a C of O anymore.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Joan B. Markgraf to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 2084 ARLINGTON AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
