WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Anne Edmunds to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 533 BAY STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and waive the vacant building fee for 120 90 days, and allow that if the Fire Certificate of Occupancy is re-issued within the 90 days, the building will not be required to get a code compliance certificate prior to re-occupation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's revised recommendation in this matter.
