WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 12-806 accepted the Report of Completion for alley improvements on the north-south alley in Cumberland Addition Plat I; bounded by Hoyt, Western, Nebraska and Cumberland; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on June 20, 2012 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 76 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is hereby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
