WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ron Staeheli to a Code Compliance Report at 633 PALACE AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal except for the items specified in the  Legislative Hearing Officer's letter dated January 11, 2012 attached to Legistar; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter grants the appeal allowing the property to be considered a "Category 1" vacant building, thus not requiring a code compliance certificate prior to re-occupation; and be it
 
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby requires that a Fire Certificate of Occupancy be issued prior to re-occupation of the premises.
