WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Purcell Gaston to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1131 LINCOLN AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal on the revocation and grant an extension to February 1, 2012 to vacate the property. Inspector will reissue new orders on February 1, 2012 to condemn the third illegal unit to not allow future occupancy. The revocation is lifted on the other two units; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
