WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of John Krenik to a Summary Abatement Order and Correction Notice at 1270 CLEVELAND AVENUE SOUTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council that Appellant submit an inventory list of the items being addressed by December 27, 2011 as well as a confirmation letter from a city inspector indicating there is no interior access to the exit door (without exterior stairs) referenced in the correction order; and grant an extension to August 31, 2012 for the removal of the items entirely; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
