Amending the financing and spending plans in the Mayor's Office in the amount of $17,025 to make them consistent with a multi-year grant.
Body
WHEREAS, the City Council, on May 19, 2010, by Resolution #10-521, accepted a grant in the amount of $20,000 from the Heading Home Minnesota Partners Fund to support an Energy Conservation and Deconstruction Pilot Project; and
WHEREAS, financing and spending plans were created for FY 2010; and
WHEREAS, the project continued into FY 2011, and financing and spending plans need to be created for the project in FY 2011; and
WHEREAS, the work was completed in 2011; and
WHEREAS, The Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $17,025 in excess of those estimated in the 2011 budget; and
WHEREAS, The Mayor recommends that the additions included on the attached financial analysis be made to the 2011 budget; now therefore be it
RESOLVED that the attached 2011 financing and spending plan be adopted; and be it finally
RESOLVED that the $2,975 remaining of the grant award be reserved to be transferred to an appropriate emergency shelter fund as has been agreed to by the donor.
