WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Darlene Hoppe to a Fire Certificate of Occupancy Inspection Correction Notice at 1152 MARION STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension to November 22, 2011 for items 14, 15, 16, 18, 21, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 31, 32 and 33; including rotted exterior boards and holes in the siding; lower unit and shared space to be completed by February 1, 2012; grant an extension to June 30, 2012 for the exterior painting items; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
