Appellant completed application for appeal on 7-10-12 but had old paperwork. Staff later called appellant and told him that he could appeal paperwork from his reinspection on 7-2-12 whenever that list became available.
What is being appealed is the new deficiency list dated 7-18-12. The appellant is fine with date and time of hearing.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of David Anger to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 1152 MARION STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny appeal and grant until September 15, 2012 for compliance; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
