Purpose of Appeal
Item 3 regarding Class 5 gravel driveway. Owners request to remain non-compliant until after all lead water services and street, curb, and gutter issues are complete. Any newly installed pavement may be damaged or removed during this project. Owner will be electing to replace the soil pipe...to the house which runs close to the driveway. See attach docs. for work summer 2013.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Terrence Mulally and Antoinette Mulally to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 1431 WOODBRIDGE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension until November 1, 2013 to bring the parking space into compliance by adding concrete strips or other approved durable dustless surface; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
