Updating and Simplifying Residential Permit Parking Program
WHEREAS, Public Works has managed the Residential Permit Parking Program over the years through Chapter 164 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code which guides the formation and maintenance of residential permit parking areas; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to officially repeal all individual permit parking resolutions for each area to create one master resolution for all residential permit parking areas to consolidate the existing resolutions and makes consistent permit types and permit limits across all permit areas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following resolutions are no longer in force and effect:
