Approving the adjustment of a common boundary via Registered Land Survey between 692 Woodlawn Avenue and 695 Mount Curve Boulevard.

WHEREAS, Adeline Murtaugh and Paul and Charlotte Mason, Zoning File # 17-068-162, have submitted for City Council approval the attached Registered Land Survey to adjust a common boundary via Registered Land Survey, between 692 Woodlawn Avenue and 695 Mount Curve Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate City departments have reviewed the Registered Land Survey and found, subject to the recommended condition, that it meets the requirements of Chapter 69 of the Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, notice of public hearing before the City Council was duly published in the official newspaper of the City on October 5, 2017, and notices were duly mailed to each owner of affected property and property situated wholly or partly within 350 feet of the subject properties; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on the proposed Registered Land Survey on October 18, 2017 at which all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard, the Council having considered all the facts and recommendations concerning the Registered Land Survey;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves the attached Registered Land Survey for Adeline Murtaugh and Paul and Charlotte Mason to adjust a common boundary via Registered Land Survey between 692 Woodlawn Avenue (PIN 08.28.23.43.0027) and 695 Mount Curve Boulevard (PIN 08.28.23.43.0018), subject to the condition that the applicant shall file a copy of the Council Resolution approving the Registered Land Survey with the Ramsey County Recorder’s Office.
