WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Douglas King to a Fire Inspection Code Compliance Notice at 750 BLAIR AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the following:
#19 (basement fire separation) - equivalency is granted with hard-wired interconnected smoke detectors
#20 (basement south end-missing post) - owner wants clarification and he knows the expectation now
#29 (supports over spanned and under sized in garage); City to provide additional detail on expectations
#30 (wall/ceiling finishes) -deny
#31 (damaged ceiling in garage) - deny
#35 (exterior rear stairway) - deny
#38 (exterior stairways and porches) -deny; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
