WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of JoAnn Lorvig Tsoumanis to a Summary Abatement Order and Excessive Consumption Order at 1400 CHARLES AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to the following dates for compliance: 1) March 1, 2025 for all items removed from boulevard, unlicensed trailer removed from public Right of Way (cannot be stored on property unless on proper surface and licensed or in garage); 2) April 1, 2025 to remove/dispose garbage and refuse, gazebo frame, household boxes near garage, interior furniture stored outside; 3) May 1, 2025 to removal of ALL wood including pallets, scrap wood, construction grade; 4) June 1, 2025 for the balance of items including cinder blocks and any remaining construction material; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
