Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Tim Hanson to a Revocation of Fire Certificate of Occupancy and Order to Vacate at 740 STEWART AVENUE ,the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant until February 1, 2016 for owner to provide a work plan with timelines and get fuel burning testing done.  Items 1 and 2 will be transferred to Code Enforcement with a compliance date of no later than February 17, 2016.  Also the dumpster (Item 6) needs to relocated.  If those items are addressed, will grant until July 1, 2016 for the driveway issue;

 

WHEREAS, no workplan for completing corrections was provided as of February 17, 2016, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends the appeal be denied an property vacated by March 15, 2016; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
