Making finding on the appealed of Gary Grimes to a nuisance abatement ordered for 314 WYOMING STREET EAST in Council File RLH SAO 26-46.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 26-46 on June 3, 2026 which granted an extension to July 10, 2026 to abate the nuisance conditions (vehicle abatement order) at 314 Wyoming Street East; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on July 14, 2026 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions (vehicle abatement order) and found these conditions were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and therefore authorizes the Department of Safety and Inspections to proceed with this nuisance abatement.
