Amending Council File RLH AR 12-126 to delete the assessment for Property Clean Up Services from July 25 to August 31, 2012 at 730 FOURTH STREET EAST.  (File No. J1302A, Assessment No. 138501)

Body

WHEREAS on January 16, 2013, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 12-126, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up Services from July 25 to August 31, 2012 at 730 FOURTH STREET EAST (File No. J1302A, Assessment No. 138501); and

WHEREAS, the property at 730 Fourth Street East, being described as: Lyman Dayton Addition Ex Alley Lot 21 Blk 34, with the property identification number 32-29-22-14-0169 was assessed an amount of $443.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as there is no history of problems on the property and there was a good faith effort to address the clean-up; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $443.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 12-126 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
