Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: Appellant will be out of the country for a few weeks and asked could the hearing be pushed out to February. Staff checked with the Legislative Hearing Officer who okayed this request. Staff told appellant that this will be scheduled to February 5 and there will be no layovers to another Legislative Hearing. -rrn
I am resending the notice to staff (as a version 2) on this one to include Fire C of O staff because of the revocation leading to the VB status. -MM

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Zoltan Pusenyak to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1024 MINNEHAHA AVENUE EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to March 1, 2019 to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated with exception of exterior items which is granted to June 1, 2019 and waive the vacant building fee for 90 days; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter grants an additional 2 weeks, to March 15, 2019 to get Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated, with exception of exterior items which is granted to June 1, 2019 and waive the vacant building fee for 90 days.
